5 Step Client Care Plan

Easy as 1, 2, 3! Well, we use a few more than 3 steps in our Client Care Plan.

There are key points in the process of selling a home to ensure a successful transaction (and to keep you as stress free as possible).

Below are the steps I follow from proper valuation to aggressive marketing to get the most exposure to potential buyers as much as possible.

Proper Valuation is key for your home to be sold quickly!

I will prepare a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA), which will give you insight to what is happening in your area. This information will assist you with setting the right price for your home.

During the listing period I will continue to send you current CMAs until the day your home closes.

Minor improvements might be necessary for your home. These small improvements will help you get the top price and sold quickly.

We will discuss these repairs to figure out what is feasible for the home to get it ready for potential homebuyers to be impressed when they view your home for the first time.

Once your home improvements are complete, we will then go through each room of your home to prepare the rooms for marketing photos.

Your home is unique and we will develop a custom marketing strategy that is best suits it.

It is important that you know what is happening with your transaction at all times.

Some agents will take your listing and you don’t hear from them again unless you initiate the contact.

Once your home is listed, I will set you up with 24-hour access to information about your home. Sample of information that you will be able to access:

  • Marketing notes
  • URLs of websites that your home is being marketing with
  • # of showings
  • showing feedback from visitors
  • status of contract information
  • and more!

Once a home is in escrow, most agents will stop spending money on marketing efforts because they have a buyer.
