Billie has worked in the marketing business for over a decade and owns her own marketing firm that specializes in providing administrative and marketing services to commercial, residential and investment real estate professionals.
After many years of working in the real estate sector, she decided to obtain her real estate license and transition her knowledge to assist home sellers and buyers with their real estate transactions. Her marketing expertise is a tremendous asset that every home seller needs to on their side. |
| Delaney has been assisting with the marketing of real estate with Practical Real Estate Marketing since the beginning of its existence and assists Billie to ensure that all listings are aggressively marketed to potential home buyers.
She also oversees the updates of communication logs for each client so they know at all times the status of events surrounding the sale of their home. |

Karen, the creative star at Hillier Real Estate, oversees the creation of the marketing collateral (flyers, postcards, etc.) and web packages for each listing.
With extensive experience in art and graphic design, she ensures that each home is showcased to catch the eye of potential home buyers. She also retouches photos as needed to ensure that they look the best they can before they are used to market your home. |
